“I earned my spurs in the motherland of design, Italy. And ever since I moved to Vienna in 1996, I have been working as a designer, art director, brand strategy consultant and, more recently as a digital banking innovator. NOFRONTIERE and Colletiva Design, which I co-foundend in 2003, were the stages to shape some of the leading brands in the region (Red Bull, Deutsche Bank, BMW, Procter & Gamble, …)and to make it even to the design permanent collection at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA). In September 2012, Erste Group appointed me to build-up a new strategic innovation unit. The George Labs were born as a fruitful partnership between design thinking and digital innovation and finally, we gave banking a name: George. 6 year's later, the pan-European banking platform has more than 5 million customers in 4 European countries enjoy the George experience which combines design thinking with digital innovation and forms nothing less than "Europe's best online banking" (Süddeutsche Zeitung). Within only a few years, George became one of the best known and most valuable brands in the region. george-labs . com Apart from that, I am still pursuing my passion for design as partner and Creative Director of EN GARDE Vienna Studio.
